Oak tree House is a Semi-Detached property situated in Liscard, Wallasey. The home consists of 3 floors. On entering the property, the ground floor has an entrance porch, welcoming hallway with original coving, bright and airy front living room with a large bay window, downstairs WC, and newly fitted shower. A newly fitted large kitchen with dining area.

There is a good-sized garden at the rear of the house with additional out buildings for use as an education, chillout, contact or meeting room. The second floor consists of 3 young people’s bedrooms, 1 staff bedroom and a family bathroom. The third floor consists of 2 large bedrooms. One young person’s room and one staff room.

The home will provide a high level of care for up to 4 children and young people between the ages of 7 and 17 years. We will provide medium to long term care and support for children and young people that may have been subject to neglect, trauma and abuse, and will require support to manage and/or cope with emotional behavioural difficulties.
