At Acorns to Oaks Children’s Care & Support, we offer complete bespoke packages for children and young people who have complex needs.

Individual Assessment

Each child/young person is fully risk assessed prior to a placement being offered. This is to ensure that we can meet their needs and not fail them causing placement breakdowns to occur as this will have a further impact on their emotional and mental wellbeing.

Homes

Our homes are 4 bed provisions for children and young people. We have high staffing ratio’s that enables us to provide the best quality care for our children and young people.

Certification

All homes are registered with Ofsted, and we work closely with Ofsted as well as Local Authorities and professionals to ensure we are all “working together, engaging with the wider system” to be able to safeguard, protect and meet the children and young people’s needs.

Acorns to Oaks Children’s Care & Support was founded with specific aims to be the best quality provider to vulnerable looked after children and young people with complex needs across different authorities, providing high quality care packages to facilitate their needs. We aim to promote and protect each of our child and young person’s welfare whilst treating them with dignity and respect.

The services we provide will ensure that we keep the children and young people a prioritised focus at the centre of what we do.

Our Team of Employees at Acorns to Oaks are all suitably qualified to work with our children and young people, and we have a rigorous continuous professional development plan in place ensuring that our Team are fully trained in all aspects of their role.

Care

▪ Real Time ERP Systems allow Management, Local Authorities and Ofsted access to see all dynamics of our care provision remotely and in real time.
