Services
We aim to promote and protect each of our child/young person’s welfare whilst treating them with dignity and respect.
Education and skills
The services we provide will ensure that we keep the children and young people a prioritised focus at the centre of what we do.
Homes
Our homes are 4 bed provisions for children and young people. We have high staffing ratio’s that enables us to provide the best quality care for our children and young people.
Qualified care
The staff at Acorns to Oaks are all suitably qualified to work with our children and young people, and we always offer continuous professional development ensuring that staff are fully trained in all aspects of their role.
Individual Assessment
Each child/young person is fully risk assessed prior to a placement being offered. This is to ensure that we can meet their needs and not fail them causing placement breakdowns to occur as this will have a further impact on their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Certification
All homes are registered with Ofsted, and we work closely with Ofsted as well as Local Authorities and professionals to ensure we are all “working together, engaging with the wider system” to be able to safeguard, protect and meet the children and young people’s needs.
